• We typically arrive promptly at the estimated time on the day of your project.
• We will start the day by attaching heavy duty roofing specific tarps to your home from the underside of the roof. The tarps hang down the sides of the house and extend out to the yard.
• This important step will protect your home and catch debris while we remove the existing roof.
• The existing roof will then be carefully removed.
• Next, we will deal with the repair of the deck beneath your existing individual roofs.
• Cleaning up the removed roofing material is a high priority! Part of the team will work around the clock to clean up debris (see our reviews in this department).
• We work hard to clean up and know how important it is to you!
• Once we have a clean, sturdy base and have started with the cleanup, we will install your new roofing system.
• Once your roof is finished, we will do a final quality inspection and a complete yard cleanup before we leave.

There are a few loose ends we need to tie up. We are committed to maintaining lifelong relationships with the people we serve, so we take every detail of your project seriously – even the closing!
• The dumpster will be picked up the day after the completion date. We generally order a little extra material so we don’t run out on the day of installation – this small surplus amount will usually be picked up the day after the completion date.
• If applicable, we will register any extended manufacturer warranties for your new roofing system.
• Finally, we will call you to schedule a follow-up visit to get your feedback, pick up the yard sign, and say THANK YOU for choosing us to serve you and your family!
